Evgeny Zobnin ("we," "our," or "us") built the AIO Launcher app as a Freemium app. This app is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
AIO Launcher minimizes data collection. Here's what may be collected:
We use data only when necessary:
Some features of AIO Launcher use OpenAI services for natural language processing and smart suggestions. These requests are routed through our proxy server. These features will only activate after you explicitly agree to share relevant data.
We operate a server that acts as a proxy for AI features and for requests to some third-party services. The proxy processes requests only to provide the requested feature, route the request, improve performance, and protect service availability. It is not used as permanent user data storage. The proxy may keep temporary technical cache, but this cache expires within one hour.
If the app crashes, a diagnostic report is automatically sent to Sentry. This may include device model, OS version, and general usage state. This information helps improve app stability. These logs cannot be deleted as they are part of third-party systems but you can disable crash reporting.
You can connect a personal cloud account (e.g., Dropbox) to back up your data. All data in cloud storage is managed solely by you. We do not have access to it.
We do not use our proxy server as permanent storage for your personal data. Data saved locally on your device remains there until you delete it, clear the app data, or uninstall the app. Data saved in your personal cloud account remains there until you delete it or disconnect/remove it through that cloud provider.
Gmail access tokens and related account data, if enabled, are stored on your device and remain there until you disable the feature, revoke access in your Google account settings, clear the app data, or uninstall the app. Temporary proxy cache expires within one hour. Diagnostic crash reports and error logs sent to Sentry are retained only for troubleshooting for up to 90 days. Data sent to OpenAI for optional AI features is not stored by us after the request is processed and is handled according to OpenAI's applicable data retention practices.
You can control what the app accesses:
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no method of digital storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. By using AIO Launcher, you agree to these international data transfers.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted here.
